Prices

• All prices are per person or per item and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%

Booking Procedure

• Bookings must be confirmed in writing and the person making the booking must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for full payment of the booking

Guests with special needs or dietary requirements

• We aim to make our facilities and services available and accessible to all our guests equally. In rare instances where this is not possible, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

Numbers

• Final numbers will be required 3 days prior to an event. These are the numbers which will be charged for.

Deposits and Prepayments

• A non refundable deposit of £10 per person is required and full payment is due 14 days prior to the event.
